For whom is this personalized memory item being created?
What is the price range which you would be comfortable spending?
What kind of surface do you want to use to print or engrave your memory?
You may want to include a person’s name, a date, or perhaps a special occasion or even a picture.
We can always assist you with those requests, as well.
Last, when in doubt, we are always prepared to offer you any assistance you may need.
How We Create Memories
Once we have a vision of the memory you want to create, we will move into the design aspect of the process.
If you send us a picture, we will use various photography tools to enhance it, so your image will look its best.
We will then combine all the elements of your memory, to create a digital design. At this stage, we will send the design to our graphic designer to finalize your memory.
As a final step, we will email or text you a mock-up of your design to seek your approval or to edit the design, if requested.
Only then, we will move into the production phase of your memory.
During production, your memory will be handled with care, as if it was our own. If it doesn’t meet our quality standards, we know it will not meet yours.
Once production is complete, we will contact you so your memory can be picked up at your convenience.
Our methodology for creating your memory may seem complicated and inefficient as compared to a corporate giant whose focus is strictly on making the sale and generating revenue.
